QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily work activities of QC Department, from raw material up to finished goods, ensuring products meet required specifications and smooth operation per Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Conduct trainings, briefings and coaching to QC Assistants, Leaders ensuring they are trained and performance meets required standard.
  • Oversee scheduling of workers daily attendance, OT, leave matters; local and foreign workers’ disciplinary issues.
  • Administration of ISO reporting; daily record keeping ensuring accuracy and reliability for Management reporting.
  • Review customers’ feedback; analyze and identify issues, defects; recommend and facilitate solutions.
  • Manage product testing.
  • Propose continuous improvement to existing work procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Diploma in Manufacturing and Operations Management or related field of studies is added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Can work independently, have a sense of responsibility and good working attitude.

Internship Program

Whether you are in your first, penultimate or final year of your undergraduate or postgraduate studies, we offer a wide range of exciting options for you to gain experience in the Manufacturing and Construction industry, or a chance to engage in various areas of a global company’s operations.

Requirements:

  1. Malaysian or Sponsored Student pursuing an undergraduate degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in related disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion (preference will be given to third and final year students).
  2. Application is also open to Malaysian pursuing diploma degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in technical / engineering disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion
  3. Internship participation for a minimum duration of three (3) months and maximum of six (6) months.
  4. Submission of the following documents (completed documents MUST be submitted via email to hr@scib.com.my)
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Copy of latest academic results
    • Copy of the Industrial Training / Internship Letter (signed by the University)

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Application must be submitted three (3) months prior to the commencement of internship period.
  2. Should you not receive any reply from us within two (2) months prior to the start date of your internship duration, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
  3. Acceptance OR declination of offer must be notified within five (5) working days.
